I have met George when he started helping JVS as a volunteer at our Technology Center. Then he had offered his help to our IT department, and pretty soon we started hiring him as a contractor for all IT projects we needed help with! He participated in moving our staff to another space, in upgrading our software, configured new staff hardware, improving cable management, and what not… George has good knowledge of computer networking, hardware, and software. He is 100% reliable – you give him a project, and you know that it will be completed the best way possible. George also has great customer service skills: he is patient with computer users and explains complex technical matters in “human” language. Besides, he loves helping people, and it shows! Working with George has been always a pleasure for JVS staff and clients.
